IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS SoldiVero is a service directed to children under the age of 13 and is subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By allowing your child to use SoldiVero, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. About This Privacy Policy

SoldiVero LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SoldiVero mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). SoldiVero is a family financial platform that allows parents and guardians ("Parents") to assign chores, manage allowances, and issue prepaid virtual payment cards for their children ("Children," defined as individuals under 13 years of age).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information from all users of our Service, including Parents and Children. It also explains the specific protections we provide under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its implementing regulations (collectively, "COPPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.

4.1 Requirement for Consent

In compliance with COPPA, we will not collect, use, or disclose personal information from any Child under 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent from that child's Parent or legal guardian. Children cannot create accounts directly — accounts for children are created exclusively by Parents.

4.2 How We Obtain Consent

Before a Child profile is activated and before we collect any personal information from a Child, we will:

  • Require the Parent to affirmatively consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of the Child's information;
